Application of Acrel Wireless Temperature Products in Nanning Financial Investment Center

摘 要：高壓開關(guān)設(shè)備是變電站和配電站中保證電力系統(tǒng)安全運(yùn)行的重要設(shè)備之一,因此,開關(guān)柜的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行對(duì)于整個(gè)電力系統(tǒng)有非常重要的意義。設(shè)備老化、長(zhǎng)期高負(fù)荷運(yùn)行都可能使設(shè)備局部溫度過高而發(fā)生火災(zāi)，因此,對(duì)變電站內(nèi)的敏感設(shè)備進(jìn)行溫度檢測(cè)變得尤為重要。

Abstract：High-voltage switchgear is one of the important equipment to ensure the safe operation of the power system in substations.Therefore, the stable operation of the switchgear is of great significance to the entire power system. The aging of equipment and long-term high-load operation may cause the local temperature of the equipment to be too high and cause fire.Therefore, temperature detection of sensitive equipment in substations becomes particularly important.

1 項(xiàng)目概況Project Overview

本工程為金融投資中心項(xiàng)目，項(xiàng)目立足南寧，服務(wù)，面向東盟，總建筑面積約28萬多平方米，被列為市著重項(xiàng)目。

本工程包含10kV系統(tǒng)的6個(gè)配電房，共40面高壓柜。

This project is a financial investment center project, based in Nanning, serving the Beibu Gulf, facing ASEAN, with a total construction area of more than 280,000 square meters, and is listed as a key project of the city.

This project includes 6 power distribution rooms with 10kV system, with a total of 40 high-voltage cabinets.

2 產(chǎn)品需求及配置 Product requirements and configuration

本次針對(duì)廣西金投中心項(xiàng)目，需要配置微機(jī)保護(hù)裝置、智能操控裝置及無線測(cè)溫產(chǎn)品，對(duì)廠區(qū)內(nèi)配電工程中除PT柜外所有高壓柜狀態(tài)進(jìn)行全方面的監(jiān)測(cè)。本項(xiàng)目共計(jì)使用微機(jī)保護(hù)裝置40只，智能操控裝置40只，有源無線傳感器480只。

無線測(cè)溫要求如下：

1）一次動(dòng)態(tài)模擬圖，斷路器分合位置動(dòng)態(tài)顯示；接地開關(guān)位置動(dòng)態(tài)顯示；彈簧儲(chǔ)能動(dòng)態(tài)顯示；

2）兩路溫濕度控制器功能，通訊線長(zhǎng)6米，液晶顯示；

3）語音防誤提示功能，人體紅外感應(yīng)探頭；

4）加熱器斷線報(bào)警；

5）柜內(nèi)照明操作；

6）分合閘、儲(chǔ)能、遠(yuǎn)方/就地開關(guān)；

7）高壓帶電顯示和閉鎖裝置；

8）RS485通訊功能，Modbus 通訊協(xié)議

9）每面高壓柜需12點(diǎn)測(cè)溫，傳感器采用電池供電，電池壽命應(yīng)大于5年。

This time, for the Guangxi Golden Investment Center project, it is necessary to configure microcomputer protection devices, intelligent control devices and wireless temperature measurement products to monitor the status of all high-voltage cabinets in the power distribution project in the plant except for the PT cabinet.This project uses a total of 40 microcomputer protection devices, 40 intelligent control devices, and 480 active wireless sensors.

The requirements for wireless temperature measurement are as follows:

1) A dynamic simulation diagram, dynamic display of circuit breaker opening and closing position; dynamic display of grounding switch position; dynamic display of spring energy storage;

2) Two-channel temperature and humidity controller function, the communication line is 6 meters long, and the LCD display;

3) Voice anti-error prompt function, human body infrared sensor probe;

4) Heater disconnection alarm;

5) Lighting operation in the cabinet;

6) Opening and closing, energy storage, remote/local switch;

7) High voltage live display and locking device;

8) RS485 communication function, Modbus communication protocol

9) Each high-voltage cabinet needs to measure the temperature at 12 points, the sensor is powered by a battery, and the battery life should be greater than 5 years.
